Store View Map

The Store View Dashboard provides access to everything you need to design and a store, as well as a snapshot of store activities.

1	Use the menu bar to navigate to different sections of the platform. Design > Pages Site Styling Settings > *Dashboard This page appears when you 'Jump In' a Store. Basic Settings Site Visibility and Security Shipping Settings Tax Settings System Emails Syncore Settings Admins > Manage Admins Invite or Create a New Admin Users > Manage Store Users Invite or create New User User Login Settings New User Defaults Order Approval Products > Products Product Categories Import a Product Catalog Inventory and Warehouse Advanced Option Templates Product Customization Product Pricing Group Codes Product Visibility Group Codes Payment Methods > Credit Card Getting Started with Stripe Getting Started with Payflow Purchase Order Points Programs Promo Codes Payment Method Group Codes Reports > Orders Users Products Inventory Points Other Shipments Data > Imports
2	The header bar provides breadcrumb links to currently active pages.
3	Click here to open the Store Front.
4	Click the profile icon to open the My Profile page, where you can view and edit your profile information and reset your password.
5	The overflow menu provides links to the Knowledge Base, Support and is where you Log Out.
6	Click the dropdown to change the Dashboard view to show a different time frame. Options are: Today, This week, This month, and This year.
7	This graph reflects the time period selected. Click Go to Reports to select from the different Orders report options.
8	Information in this field reflects the time period selected.
9	Store Info at a Glance provides basic information about the store. Information provided is gleaned from the following sources: Operating Mode: Site Visibility and Security URL: Create a New Store Store Markup or Discount: Basic Settings Store Admins: Manage Admins Order Approval: Order Approval Payment Methods: Test or a list of the types of payment methods applied.
10	Product Info at a Glance provides basic information about products in the store. Click Edit Products to go to the Products screen.
11	Best-Selling Products list the top three sellers in the store.

13	Click on the chat icon to open a support chat.
