Store Level > Reports > Points

Points reports available at the Store level include:

• Point Transaction Log Report
• Point Balance Report By Program
• User Point Balance Report

To download a copy of the report, click on the Export button.

User Point Balance Report

User Point Balance Report is the highest level report for user points. The report will display the total points for all programs each user.

Using one of our test stores as an example, this store has 3 points programs set up. The report will show the total points balance of all three programs for each user.

Point Balance Report by Program

This report is the next step down from the User Point Balance Report. The Point Balance Report by Program will display the total points per program for each user.

Using the same test store as above, the report shows the balance for each user by points program.

Point Transaction Log Report

This report is the most detailed level of the points program. The Points Transaction Log Report will display each transaction related to points:

• Addition of points for user per program by store admin.
• Removal of points for user per program by store admin.
• Removal of points for user per program based on expiration.
• Redemption of points by user on storefront.
