Storefront > My Account

All storefront users can access their accounts using the My Account icon in the far right hand corner in the header of the Storefront.

When they click on the My Account icon a menu with appear with the following items:

• User Name - View only
• User Points - This will be total balance for the user if participating in a points program for the store.
• Dashboard - The Dashboard is where the user can access their Order History, and Orders For Approval if they are set up as an Approver for the store. 
• My Profile - This screen allows the user to update their name and addresses.
• Contact - This screen allows the user to contact the store with any questions.

My Profile

My Profile is the screen the user can update their name and addresses. If the user needs to click on the Shipping or Billing Address they will need to click the link and a pop up will display allowing the user to make the updates. Once they click 'Save' the updates will be applied to the Store Level > Users > Manage Store Users.

**Note - Email address cannot be updated on the My Profile screen. Please contact your store admin to make an update to this field.
