The Order Approval is a page on the Storefront where an Approver can see a history of all orders they have placed in the store. If the user also has orders in the storefront then they will see two tabs: Order History and Order For Approval. They will need to click on the Orders For Approval tab to display the orders they need to review.
All order will display in the Order Grid and can be searched using the filters or pagination to find a specific order.
When the Approver clicks on the Order ID the Order Confirmation screen will display. The approver can then choose 'Yes' or 'No' in the Approve Order drop down. They can also add Approver Comments which will be
Approval Section of the Order Confirmation screen.
If Approver does not approve the order they will receive the following message to confirm they are rejecting the order.
The user who placed the order can view if their orders were approved or declined within Order History. When they click the Order ID to view the Order Confirmation they can see the approval status and any comments left by the Approver.
