Attribute Name This image displays the expanded attributes of a product imported from ASI without modifications (refer to #3 above). Size and Color are the only Attributes imported from ASI.

  • Size - All available sizes will be imported from ASI. Any size not needed for the product can be deleted using the X icon. At any time if the deleted sized need to be added back to the product, use the Refresh icon to pull all available sizes from ASI.
    • Attribute Appearance - Defaulted to Size(multiple quantities) for ASI products.
  • Color - All available colors will be available in a drop down list. The list is accessed by clicking on the Option Name in the Color Attribute section.
    • Attribute Appearance - Defaulted to Color Swatches for ASI products.

At any point, you may click the Refresh () icon to revert any manual edits back to the original ASI data. Be aware that this action is irreversible. While you can edit the content again, it is not possible to reverse the refresh.

Please be aware that color thumbnails require manual configuration.

Ensure you click Save button in each attribute section to apply your changes.

For custom products, click Add an attribute to open a screen where you can add additional attributes to the product.

After selecting the Attribute appearance you will need to complete the following fields:

  • Attribute Name - This can be anything like size, color, design... If this attribute needs to be required on the storefront you will want to select the checkbox under the Attribute Name field.
  • Option Name - You can add as many options as needed for the attribute.

mceclip7.pngNote - Any additional Attributes added beyond those imported from ASI will not display a Refresh () icon.

Advanced Options are used for product decoration/customizations. If templates are already set up for the store use the drop down menu to choose a template to apply to the product. You can choose more than one by clicking a template to add, then choosing the drop down again to select another template.

If templates are not established for the store click on Manage Templates to begin the process. See the following articles on how to set up templates:

Products > Advanced Option Template (Decoration and Custom Templates)
