Designing Pages Video

Use the Pages screen to design pages for a new Company Store and to edit pages for existing stores.

See Commercio Website Content Blocks to understand how the page is set up.

To access the Pages screen, go to the Store level and select Design > Pages.

From here you can control all of the content for your page: add and delete pages; create, edit and reposition content blocks: change the URL; and more.

Click the links in the table to jump to that section of the article.

Add a Page Click here to open the editor to start a new page.

Hover Options Hover over the right side of the tile to view and click on the following options:

	Change URL / Visit Page: Click here to open the page URL and make changes or to open a split screen that shows both the page and edit options.
	Visual Search: Click here to view pages, products and related content for the site. Click Open in New Tab at the bottom right of the screen for a larger view.
	Settings: Opens the Settings menu.

Home: Click here to edit components on the Home page.

Contact Click here to edit the Contact page.

Help Click here to edit components on the Help page.

About Click here to edit components on the About page.

Split Screen

Designing the page in the split screen allows you to edit components and immediately see how they will appear on the page.

1	Select and edit components from this field. Click Save to apply your changes to the sample screen on the right.
2	Use these options see what your page looks like in full screen, cell phone, table and desktop view. The default is desktop view. Note that if you select full screen, you will click esc on your keyboard to return to the design editor.
3	This field shows your current view.
4	Click Change Template to select a different layout for your page.
5	You must click Update Store to apply your selections to the store. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you later decide to change subcategories, you will need to return here and click Update Store in order for the changes to apply.

Home

Click the Home tile to open the Design Home Page screen. From here you can edit different components of the home page and see how the changes will affect the live site. This is also where you will edit the Header and Navigation and Menus.

You can click and drag content blocks to reorder, add new content blocks, and delete as needed.

Click Edit to make changes to existing content blocks.

About

Click the About tile to open the About Page screen. From here you can edit the different components of the home page and see how the changes will affect the live site.

Contact
