Video: Designing Pages
Use the Pages screen to design pages for a new Company Store and to edit pages for existing stores.
See Commercio Website Content Blocks to understand how the page is set up.
To access the Pages screen, go to the Store level and select Design > Pages.
From here you can control all of the content for your page:
- Add and delete pages
- Create
- Edit and reposition content blocks
- Change the URL

Add a Page - Click here to open the editor to start a new page. |

Hover Options - Hover over the right side of the tile to view and click on the following options:

Home - Click here to edit components on the Home page. |

Contact - Click here to edit the Contact page. |

Help - Click here to edit components on the Help page. |

About - Click here to edit components on the About page. |
Split Screen
Designing the page in the split screen allows you to edit components and immediately see how they will appear on the page.
| 1 | Select and edit components from this field. Click Save to apply your changes to the sample screen on the right. |
| 2 | Use these options see what your page looks like in full screen, cell phone, table and desktop view. The default is desktop view. Note that if you select full screen, you will click esc on your keyboard to return to the design editor. |

| 4 | Click Change Template to select a different layout for your page. |

You must click Update Store to apply your selections to the store.

Home
Click the Home tile to open the Design Home Page screen. From here you can edit different components of the home page and see how the changes will affect the live site. This is also where you will edit the Header and Navigation and Menus.
You can click and drag content blocks to reorder, add new content blocks, and delete as needed.
Click Edit to make changes to existing content blocks.

Navigation Menus
If you have set up Product Categories and would like to add product navigation on your storefront you will do so in the Design > Pages > Home > Header. Click Edit. Scroll down to the Navigation and Menus section.
Click Add menu item to add the Product Categories to the storefront. Then click the arrow next to Page to expand the section.
Here you can make the following updates:
- Navigation Label - Add the label you would like to display on the storefront.

Page
- About - This is default and will be used for any product categories.
- Contact - If you want to add a navigation item for the Contact page you will choose this option.
- Help - If you want to add a navigation item for the Help page you will choose this option.

Category - Here is where you will choose the type of link will be used for the menu item.
- Simple Link - Great for categories without subcategories.
- Hover Dropdown Menu - Great for categories with a single tier of subcategories.
- Mega Menu - Great for categories with two or more tiers of subcategories.
You will then click the Select Category or Subcategory button. The system will display a popup where you can select the Product Category to associate with the menu item. Click Add Selected Category to save your changes.
Once you have completed adding all your navigation menu items click the Save button.
And then click Update Store to make sure your changes are moved to the storefront.
About
Click the About tile to open the About Page screen. From here you can edit the different components of the home page and see how the changes will affect the live site.
You can click and drag content blocks to reorder, add new content blocks, and delete as needed.
Click Edit to make changes to existing content blocks.

Contact
