Overview
Pop-Up Stores will automatically close at 11:59 PST on the date set when launching the store (titled “End Date”). Note: the time cannot be changed. Once the store closes, no orders can be placed, nor can any current orders be edited.

At the time of closing, the platform will communicate with the credit card processor (Stripe or PayPal Pay Flow Pro) to settle payment on orders. If the store was set up as a redemption store, all orders should settle automatically at the store closing time.
This can take up to 48 hours, so please plan accordingly.
Any customers with a failed payment will receive an email giving them 24 hours to update their payment method or the order will be cancelled.
If the customer does not update their payment method within 12 hours, they will receive a final notification as a reminder that if not updated, the order will be cancelled.
NOTE: If minimum quantity rules are applied to any items, and those quantities are not met, the platform will cancel those items, communicate with the customer to let them know, and settle payment for any remaining items on the order. The customer will receive an updated order receipt/confirmation.
