Use this screen to view and edit pricing information for product variants. ASI imported products will include pre-populated data.
After you have set any discounts or quantity parameters, you can use the table to select and edit multiple variants at one time.

1 | The header area shows the current status of the product in the store (Draft, Active, or Archive), the product name and ID with a link to the product catalogue page (if available), and identifies the current tab you are working in. |
2 | Search by name Use this field to search and filter the table the appears below it. For example, you can type "s - " into the Search field to filter for that specific size, or you can type "blue" to find all items with that color. |
3 | User Group Use the dropdown to identify a specific user group. |
4 | Quantity Break reflects choices applied in the Minimum Order Quantity and Quantity Breaks field (#10). Use the dropdown to select from quantity break groups you have created. |

This field appears when variants are selected in the table and can be used to edit pricing for the selected group. |

The Variant, Cost, and Base Price are pre-populated for ASI imported products. User Group Base Price reflects what you define in User Group Discounts (#9) below, and is shown in this field when a User Group is selected from the dropdown above the table. Sales Price reflects what you define in Quantity Breaks (#10) below, and the number in this field adjusts according to the quantity selected from the Quantity Break drop-down above the table. |
7 | Click the edit icon to open the Edit Pricing field for a particular variant. |
8 | If you would like to include a Setup Charge for products, enter that charge here. This charge is typically included for orders that include decoration/customization. |

Use the User Group Discounts (aka Product Pricing Group Codes) section to override the sale price for specific groups. This is useful if you want to offer free or discounted items to a particular group. Select the type of discount you want to apply, then click Add User Group to add them to the list and enter the discount value. This amount will appear in the table, which can be filtered as described in #3 above. User Group visibility is applied to the Storefront in the next step. User group codes are defined when setting up new users. See Store Level > Users > New User Defaults. You can edit group codes for existing user from Store Level > Users > Manage Store Users. Remember to click Save to apply your selections. |

Use Minimum Order Quantity and Quantity Breaks to set any minimum requirements for orders, as well as any discounts you want to offer for larger quantities. The example in the image shows two quantity breaks applied: These selections will appear in the table under Sales Price (#6), which can be filtered as described in #4 above. Additional order quantity options (time span and max quantity) are available on the Storefront tab. Note that you can disable the minimum quantity rule from this field at any time. There is an additional Disable option on the Storefront tab; however it applies to time span and max quantity. The minimum order quantity default is "1". |
Remember to click "Go to Next Step" at the bottom of the screen to confirm your changes and proceed to the following tab.
