Product Search

With product search, you can search & save ESP products directly in the Commercio UI without logging into other platforms. ​

• Search by SKU, keywords, suppliers, categories, and price range​
• Save search criteria, so you can quickly reuse it (this was a big request from distributors because it’s such a time saver if you’re continually searching for the same thing!)​
• Access product data to help build products for your stores​
• See product data directly on the Commercio screen – including preferred supplier pricing for Syncore Partners​

Product Catalog

With Product Catalog, you can add ESP product specs (description, supplier, options, dimensions, pricing, photos, & more) directly to your stores without copy & pasting from other websites.​​

• Easily make edits to product specs, so you can tailor them to your store​
• With the refresh button, you can re-populate your product with the most current ESP spec data at any time​
• Reduce data errors between different systems & copy/paste snafus​
• Get stores live quicker so you can push the store live and start collecting orders quicker

Easier Store Management

There are three big updates we made for easier store management in our system. The goal of ALL these changes is to make your life easier when you’re managing your stores.​

• Fewer Clicks to Add & Manage Products​
  We removed the organization level for quicker setup. Now all products are managed at the store level, so you don’t have to manage them at both the organization and store level. Products that are not associated to a store at the organization level need to be deleted or moved on or before August 1, 2024. ​
• Control How Product Variants are Displayed on the Storefront & Tracked in Your Inventory View
  Now you can turn specific variants on and off using storefront status, so you can still sell other variants under the main product (i.e. out of stock in one size/color). You now also have the ability to track inventoried products at the variant level. Once this feature is live, you’ll have the opportunity to turn existing product variants ON, so review your products to see if there are any you want to display on the storefront!​
• ​Quantity Price Breaks Now Managed at the Product Level​
  Now sale price breaks apply across all product variants instead of individual variants, so it’s faster to get sales live. Plus, you have the option to add discounts as percentages or dollar amounts. Once this feature is live, check to make sure your products are displayed how you want them!​
