I made changes to the subcategories on my storefront, but they are not showing up.
If you reorder subcategories, you must return to Store Level > Design > Pages and click Update Store on the Home Page block in order for your changes to apply.
Do I absolutely have to add people as Users in order for them to use my Store?
No. If you use Guest Checkout, customers do not need to be Users in order to interact with your Store. You can select this setting from Store Level > Settings > Site Visibility and Security.
How is currency determined in Company Stores?
Currency is determined by the organization address. For example, an organization with a Canadian address will default to Canadian currency. Company Stores does not support multiple currencies under the same organization at this time.
I added a logo. Why can't I see it on my store?
The logo you put in basic settings are internal only. They do not go on the Storefront.
Why can't customers see my store?
It might be in test mode. Go to Settings > Site Visibility to make the Store live.
It might be password protected. Go to Settings > Site Visibility to check.
Why can't I see my product in inventory?
Products must be identified as "This product is inventoried" in order to show up in your inventory.
To verify that a product is identified correctly, go to Store Level > Products > Edit Products. Select the product and verify that the "This product is inventories" box is checked.
Where can I set inventory thresholds?
Store Level > Products > Inventory and Warehouse.
My product catalog isn't importing. What do I do?
Make sure you are trying to import the right kind of file and that you are using the right template.
You can find the product template at Store Level > Product > Import a Product Catalog.

Error messages:
- Your card was declined. Your request was in test mode but used a non-test (live) card.
- You will receive this error message if you did not switch from the test credential/keys. To resolve, go to the stripe dashboard and make sure the switch is flipped from test mode to live mode and copy those credentials over. Note that in stripe the switch happens in the dashboard, while in Payflow, is happens in the store. See Getting Started with Stripe.
