Store Level > Reports > Shipping Summary

The Shipment Summary report provides a high-level shipment overview for the entire store. Shipments can be added to the order two ways:

• Order Fulfillment > Edit Order > Add Shipping Details
• ShipStation Integration

To view the columns included in a report, or to generate a report, click on the View () icon next to the report name and enter the date range for the report. You can then generate and/or download the report.

Field	Note
Tracking Number	Added to the order using Order Fulfillment or ShipStation
Shipping Method	Shipping Carrier Added to the order using Order Fulfillment or ShipStation
Shipping Date Time	Generated by Order Fulfillment or ShipStation depending on where the shipment is added.

Store Name
Order Status	Ordered, In Progress, Fulfilled, Cancelled, Pending Approval, Partial, Payment Failed
Shipping and Handling
Shipping Only
Handling Only
Fulfillment Cost	Added to the order using Order Fulfillment
Insurance Cost	Added to the order using Order Fulfillment or ShipStation
Customer Note	Added to the order using Order Fulfillment
Internal Note	Added to the order using Order Fulfillment
