Org Level > Reports > Shipment Summary

The Shipment Summary report provides a high-level shipment overview for all stores in the organization. Shipments can be added to the order two ways:

• Order Fulfillment > Edit Order > Add Shipping Details
• ShipStation Integration

To view the columns included in a report, or to generate a report. click on the View () icon next to the report name and enter the date range for the report. You can generate and/or download the report.

The following fields will display on the report:

Field	Note
Tracking Number	Added to the order using Order Fulfillment or ShipStation
Shipping Method	Shipping Carrier Added to the order using Order Fulfillment or ShipStation
Shipping Date Time	Generated by Order Fulfillment or ShipStation depending on where the shipment is added.
Order ID
Store ID
Store Name
Order Status	Ordered, In Progress, Fulfilled, Cancelled, Pending Approval, Partial, Payment Failed
Shipping and Handling
Shipping Only
Handling Only
Fulfillment Cost	Added to the order using Order Fulfillment
Insurance Cost	Added to the order using Order Fulfillment or ShipStation
Customer Note	Added to the order using Order Fulfillment
Internal Note	Added to the order using Order Fulfillment
