Stores Dashboard
The stores dashboard is on the Manage Stores page and shows all of the stores to which a user has access.
You can sort stores by the following categories:
- Name
- Store ID
- Number of Orders
- Published Date
- Target Date
How to Sort Stores by Category
- To sort from A to Z or smallest to largest, click the column header with the target category once.
- Note: Status and Raised So Far are not sortable.
- To sort Z to A or largest to smallest, click the column header with the target category again.
- To return to the default list, click the column header with the target category a final time.
How to Edit a Live Store
- Select Manage Stores in the menu
- In the Tasks menu of the desired store, hover over the ellipsis and click Edit Store
- On the store summary page, go to desired section, and click Edit
- Note: you cannot edit the following:
- Price and Payments
- Access Code
- Note: you cannot edit the following:
- Make needed changes and click Save and Continue.
- Repeat until all edits are complete.
- Click Update Live Page to publish changes to the live store.
How to add Personalization to a Product
- Select Manage Stores in the menu.
- In the Tasks menu of the desired store, hover over the ellipsis and click Edit Store
- Scroll down to the Store Items section and click Edit to open the Edit Your Own Product screen.
- Scroll down to Allow the Product to be Personalized and click Yes.
- Add a Create Personalization Prompt which will appear on the store front for customers to view.
How to Clone a Store
- Navigate to Manage Stores.
- Find the store that you wish to clone, hover over the ellipsis and click Clone Store.
- Enter the Name, date the store will close (target date) and the page URL, then click Clone Store.
After clicking "Clone Store", your new store will populate and you will be brought to Step 5 of the process. At this point, you can edit the site by either clicking on the tab of the step you want to edit, or by scrolling down the page to find the section you want to edit and click edit.
How to Manage Comments
- Click Manage Stores in top navigation menu.
- In stores dashboard, hover over the ellipsis of the target store and click Comments.
- Click Unapproved next to any comments that you want to hide.
- To undo and make the comment visible again, click Approve.
