Manage Stores Dashboard

The stores dashboard is on the Manage Stores page and is your landing page when logging into your account. The dashboard is permissions based and will show you all of the stores to which you have access.

A store can be in one of the following status:

• Pending - Setup is in process, store has not been made Live yet.
• Demo -  Setup is in process and the store has been set in the Demo mode which allows users to share the store URL before it is fully active.
• Idle - Once a store has been in the Pending status for a set amount of time it will be moved to Idle.
• Live - Store is able to accept orders.
• Ended - Store has closed and all transactions will be settled within in 48 hours.

You can sort stores by the following categories:

• Name
• Store ID
• Number of Orders
• Published Date
• Target Date

To sort from A to Z or smallest to largest, click the column header with the target category once. 

To sort Z to A or largest to smallest, click the column header with the target category again.

To return to the default list, click the column header with the target category a final time.

Complete Task for Store

In the Tasks menu of the desired store, hover over the ellipsis and choose one of the following options:

• Pending/Demo/Idle Store
  • Complete Setup
  • Delete
• Live/Ended Store
  • Edit Store
  • View Live Store
  • Clone Store
  • Say Thanks!
  • Comments
  • Reports
