Manage Existing Users
On the Manage Existing Users page, you can view and manage details for existing users, and add new users. (Primary System Administrator Only).
Add New User
Only Primary System Administrators (PSA) or System Administrators can add and edit users.
To add new users, select Users > Manage Existing Users, then complete the required fields.
Enter User information and customize the email subject and content as desired.
The User Security Profile options are:
- Store User
- System Administrator
After completing the necessary information, click Save and Send Invitation. The Edit User Access and Details page will open. Use this page to select the stores and contact list the new user can access.
Edit Existing User Access and Details
In the listing of all Users, find the User that you would like to manage and click Edit in the Action Column. You can make any of the following changes:
- Edit the user's Access and Details, including Name, Title, e-Mail and Password.
- Change the user's security profile by promoting them to System Administrator or reassigning them to Store User.
- Select or De-select the stores the user can access/manage.
- Select or De-select the contact list that the user can access/manage.
Once you are finished with your changes, click Save Changes.
Delete a User
In the listing of all Users, find the User that you would like to delete and click Delete in the Action Column.
You will be asked to confirm this action to complete this task.
User Types
There are three types of users in the platform: Primary System Administrators, System Administrators and Store Users.
Primary System Administrator
Every organization has one Primary System Administrator (PSA). This person serves as the primary contact for your organization with the Commercio team at Facilisgroup. The PSA has a global view of their Commercio account, and has the following capabilities:
- add/edit/remove users
- create stores
- edit stores
- put stores into demo mode
- publish stores
- access organization-wide reports
- manage orders
- adding/updating your organization's Paypal Credentials and State Nexus
System Administrator
Your organization can create as many System Administrators as needed. The System Administrators have the same access/abilities as the PSA with one main difference: the SA cannot add/update your organizations Paypal Credentials or State Nexus details. Only the PSA has access to these details.
Store User
Your organization can create as many Store Users as needed. Store users can create, edit and publish stores, as well as view report data for their stores. They can also edit and publish any stores to which they have been granted access. Store Users do not have access to organization-wide reporting, nor the ability to manage orders, but they can do the following:
- create stores
- edit stores
- publish stores
- access store-level reports
- edit and publish any stores to which they have been granted access
Administrator and User Permissions
The Commercio Pop-Up Stores platform displays six menu tabs for Primary System Administrators (PSAs) and System Administrators (SAs), and two menu tabs for Store Users. See User Types for more information.
