Store Level > Products > Edit Products

At the Store level, go to Products > Edit Products.

Hover over a product to open the Edit Product screen for that product.

mceclip7.png To remove a product, click Remove Product at the bottom of the screen.

Edit the product as desired by working through the options on the page.

Note that you can set up group codes from Store Level > Products > Product Pricing Group Codes.

Apply Pricing Group Names/Codes

Once you have added User groups, you are ready to apply group names/codes.

To apply group names/codes, from the Store level select Products > Edit Products.

Select the product to edit, then scroll down to Pricing and User Grouping and select Vary Pricing by User Group.

Select the user group(s) you want to use from the popup that appears.

Use the screen that opens to apply your overrides.

 

Advanced Options

Advanced Options templates allow you to assign decoration templates to this product. It also allows to assign custom advanced option templates.

Tagline Banner

Add the Tagline/Announcement Banner and select the Banner color.

Product Customization

If customers will be allowed to customize or decorate this product, add the decoration methods you’d like to make available for this product here. Click on “Manage Decoration Methods” to edit existing decoration methods or create new ones. Adding decoration methods to a product will add a “Product Customization” expandable section to this product’s page. Customers will be able to select their preferred decoration method and location and upload artwork files.

Product/Category Visibility User Grouping

Product Visibility Group Codes allow you to create group names/codes that can then be applied to your storefront as a way to limit product visibility to specific groups within the same storefront.

To use this feature, your users will need to be assigned to a group. This is done when creating a user or can be accomplished by editing a user or click Manage User Groups on this screen.

To apply group names/codes, from the Store level select Products > Edit Product and scroll down to Product/Category Visibility User Grouping.

 Check the box next to the group names/codes you want to see the product on the storefront.
