Store Level > Reports > Inventory

To access Inventory reports from the Store Level, go to Reports > Inventory.

To view the columns included in a report, or to generate a report. click on the View () icon next to the report name and enter the date range for the report. You can generate and/or download the report.

Inventory Change Log

This report is similar to the log in the Product > Inventory & Warehouse > Log screen but it contains some additional information:

• User Email - Email of the user who made the inventory change. When the inventory adjustment is made due to an order being placed on the storefront, this field will be blank.
• User Name - Name of user who made the inventory change. When the inventory adjustment is made due to an order being placed on the storefront, this field will be blank.
• Inventory Field:
  • Adjustments made in Admin - This field will reflect the total quantity of inventory based on the update.
    • Example - The second row shows an inventory of 100 for the fleece blanket. Ad admin went in and removed a quantity of 10 for the fleece blanket bringing the inventory to 90 which is represented by the first row.
• Adjustments made on Storefront - These will be noted by the User Email and User Name being blank. The Inventory field will display how many of the product/variant were purchased on the order and that quantity was deducted from the inventory on the Inventory & Warehouse screen.
  • Example - The 6th row shows a purchase of the fleece blanket with a quantity of 1.

Items Under Threshold

This report identifies all inventory items where the 'in stock' quantity falls below the specified threshold. This is an effective method for monitoring which products require an inventory update.

In the example report below, the product has a threshold of 10. Since the inventory for each variant is below the threshold, it will be included in the report.

Items Ordered + Inventory with Option Prices

This report lists items ordered in the date range with current inventory levels, including option upcharges.

Inventory Snapshot Report

This report is a snapshot of the inventory for the store at 11:59PM CDT on the selected date.
