Store Level > Reports > Points

To view the columns included in a report, or to generate a report, click on the View () icon next to the report name and enter the date range for the report. You can then generate and/or download the report.

Points reports available at the Store level include:

• Point Transaction Log Report
• Point Balance Report By Program
• User Point Balance Report

Please note that this report displays the most recent point balance from any point program for a specific user. The user point balance report is independent of point programs and solely reflects the point balance for an individual user.
