This screen allows you to edit existing admins, add new ones, and most importantly, manage their access to various functions.
From the left navigation, choose 'Organization Admins', then 'Manage Admins' to access the Manage Admins screen.
This screen displays a list of existing Admins.
Click the Edit icon () to open the Edit Admin screen.
Update information as needed. The Edit Admin screen provides the same options as the Invite or Create a new Admin screen, with the addition of the Reset Password feature.
It's important to note that the term "Organization" is used when creating a user, but the term "Enterprise" is used when editing a user.
Access Level Presets include:
- Enterprise Super Admin
- Enterprise control options include the ability to manage Super Admins.
- Can perform all functions within an organization and related stores.
- Enterprise Basic Admin
- Same abilities as Super Admin except add or manage Admins,
- Store Admin (Can also be added from a store)
- No Enterprise control options.
- Access to assigned stores.
Customization options on the following screens are different based on the type of Admin assigned.
Select Save and Set Password or Save and Send Invitation.
Enterprise Super Admin
Customize Enterprise controls visible to this Admin.
Select from the controls available for Organization Super Admins.
The "Select All Controls" option should be enabled to grant access to all available permissions for this role.
Note that only Enterprise Super Admins can be assigned to control Enterprise Admins.
Customize Store access for this Admin.
Choose individual stores, or tick the "Select All" box to include all existing stores. When all current stores are selected, any new stores added to the organization will be included automatically.
Customize Store controls visible to this Admin
Utilize the dropdown menu to determine the controls available to the admin for each store. Upon selecting a particular store, the corresponding control options will become available for selection. Alternatively, you may opt to select the 'Select All Controls' checkbox for broader access.
Enterprise Basic Admin
Customize Enterprise controls visible to this Admin.
Select from the controls available for Organization Super Admins.
The "Select All Controls" option should be enabled to grant access to all available permissions for this role.
Customize Store access for this Admin.

Store Admin
Customize Store access for this Admin
Current Stores - No stores are to be selected initially. It is the responsibility of the Super or Basic Admin to decide which stores this role will have access to.
New Stores - Initially, no stores are to be selected. The Super or Basic Admin must manually add any new stores as required.
Customize Store controls visible to this Admin
For current stores, no permissions should be pre-selected. Either the Super Admin or Basic Admin must manually assign the necessary permissions for each store.
For new stores, permissions should also not be pre-selected. The required permissions for each store must be manually assigned by a Super Admin or Basic Admin.
